Sky Medical Center processes personal data that you provide yourself or that is generated through your use of our services. This includes:

Sky Medical Center processes health data and citizen service numbers (BSN) in accordance with statutory requirements. Data of persons under the age of 16 is processed only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary:

• Medical examinations: 10 years (in accordance with statutory requirements)
• Personnel files: 3 years after termination of employment
• Job application data: no more than 3 months after the end of the application procedure

We disclose personal data to third parties only where this is necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal obligations. We enter into data processing agreements with our processors.
